First Birthday Cake
This weekend I spent creating a two tier Giraffe topped Birthday cake for a little boy who was turning 1. The bottom layer was a chocolate layer cake and the top tier was a white chocolate layer cake. The Giraffe gave me a bit of grief as I spent ages trying to figure out how to make him look like a Giraffe! I loved the colour combination of the blues with the yellow and white.

All White Cupcakes
The girl that I made these cupcakes for was having an ALL WHITE themed 30th birthday party.
Everything had to be white, right down to all the food and sweets. All the guests had to come dressed completely in white. Apparently things got a little messy by the end of the party and those white clothes no longer were.
So the cupcakes had to be all white with only a touch of silver.
I created 4 designs of cupcake toppers. One was the number 30, another was a monogram letter of the birthday girls name. The other two were white hibiscus mini flowers and a large flower with silver cachous ball in the centre.
I had fun making these but as Im a colour fiend I wished I could of added some splashes of pink or peach in there. I love colour!
These were elegant though so they fit the bill for what the customer wanted.
